Before KDF Communities started its rehabilitation of Valley Palms in San Jose, it was in a state of disrepair with open sewers, graffiti and gang activity. In less than two years, KDF transformed the 354-unit property into a beautiful, secure and safe environment for its residents. Renovations included overhauled security and new community room for computer training classes and after-school programs.

Cypress Villa Apartments in La Habra has the distinction of being awarded Best Maintained Property in the city in 2004. KDF Communities completely renovated all 77 units with modern amenities and landscaped the grounds.		 Villa Monterey Apartments

This housing community in San Jose underwent a complete rehabilitation. In all 120 units, new carpet, appliances and countertops were installed and the exteriors were painted and pool areas were upgraded to include barbeques and playgrounds.
