KDF Communities Announces Joint Venture with CT Realty Corporation
CT/KDF Development Community Partners, a joint venture between KDF Communities and CT Realty Corporation, is an investment entity which was recently awarded a $90 million allocation from the U.S. Treasury Department’s New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) Program, which is aimed at attracting private sector investments for projects in underserved distressed communities.
