A unique services-enriched affordable senior housing community in San Bruno, California, set for completion in October 2006. Village at the Crossing was developed through a partnership with KDF Communities and the City of San Bruno in response to community needs. The community includes 228 units and resident services such as wellness programs, arts and crafts, transportation, medical support and educational programs.

The City of Camarillo approached KDF Communities with the Park Glen Seniors project after being impressed with the success resulting from KDF’s multifamily property in the community. The affordable senior complex, built on city land adjacent to the multifamily property, offers a variety of recreational activities to residents every month.
